What makes a startup a startup is its scalability and for that Founders need to be on the right track with their product and growth strategy. In this workshop, startups will be expected to have a functioning Minimum Viable Product (MVP) meaning a version of a product with just enough features to satisfy early customers and provide feedback for future product development. The MVP should also bring into focus the core value of the product, build relationships with potential customers while also identifying issues early in the process. The workshop will include several MVP exercises and product development roadmaps.
