We’ve reached the end of another impactful year, hitting major milestones in our journey to transform Kraków into a premier global hub for innovation.
2025 was a year of intense activity and growth. We delivered more than 10 events and initiatives, engaging a community of over 2,000 attendees. A major highlight were two biggest cummonuty events – Summer Jam & X-Mas Hangout. By deepening our network of local and international partners, we continued our collective mission to elevate Kraków’s status as a premier global destination for startups.
Monthly Hangouts
Our monthly Hangouts remained a cornerstone of our community-building efforts this year, designed to facilitate networking and knowledge transfer within the local tech scene.
Over the course of eight meetups, we engaged more than 750 professionals across diverse venues like Cluster Zabłocie, Yolk, Pełnia Social Club and Ace of Space’s conference room at Lubicz Park. Each event highlighted the expertise of local entrepreneurs, providing practical takeaways for our attendees.

Hangouts in 2025
Investor Salon
A carefully curated group of Krakow’s top startup founders, ecosystem decision-makers, and local investors joined us for an exclusive evening of meaningful conversations, refined hospitality, and strategic networking — all in a warm, relaxed setting. Attendance was by invitation only.
This event was not only a chance to engage with a globally connected VC, but also a unique opportunity for Krakow’s most influential ecosystem players to connect with each other — in one room, at one table, in a moment designed for insight, collaboration, and future-making.
Summer Jam 2025
3 months of preparations. 500 guests and 1 mission – to make Kraków a 𝐶𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠. This was the 10th edition of OMGKRK Summer Jam.
Let us officially thank Małopolska Region team (Innowacyjna Małopolska), Dominika Walec PhD & the City of Kraków representatives and Matt Swulinski from Wispr Flow who helped us bring this vision into reality in such a spectacular way. This year, we’ve set the bar even higher to celebrate in a bigger venue than before which resulted in 500m2 buzzing with startup conversations. Thank you for being with us at HYPE PARK.
The team of speakers inspired us with a variety stories about launching startups & product demos (Wispr Flow and Samay Poland), entrepreneur’s secret (Zoltan A. Vardy), event announcement (Magdalena Śnieżek & Michał Jędrzejczak) and a personal talk about the founder’s exit by Vincent Vergonjeanne (Lucky Duck Games). Last but not least, Zbigniew John Woznowski (Reality Games) showed us a different perspective why Kraków is actually a challenging city for scaling a startup. All of this thanks to amazing energy of the stage hosts – Ahmad Piraiee & Paul Kulon.

TECH-ON! Conference – VIP side events
Foundation Supporting #OMGKRK was proud to host two VIP events designed to connect, inspire, and set the tone for the TECH-ON Confefrence. Attendance was by invitation only, and registration was required to confirm participation. Invitations have been shared directly with TECH-ON! speakers and selected VIP guests.
Web Summit Startup Mixer
For the first time, we’ve hosted Web Summit runway event. That evening started with a keynote from Web Summit Startups Coordinator, Dasha Kichuk and continued with rapid-fire Startup Pitches for those who wanted a chance for a free startup pass for Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon.

Growth Match – pilot edition
For an innovation ecosystem to thrive, experienced leaders must support emerging founders. As the hub of Krakow’s innovation community, the Foundation Supporting OMGKRK serves as the bridge between these groups. GrowthMatch connects early-stage founders with seasoned mentors, investors, and ecosystem leaders who can accelerate their journey.
The GrowthMatch program continues to evolve, with new matches, meaningful connections, and curated introductions being made on an ongoing basis. Founders and mentors across the ecosystem are invited to join and take part in this growing network of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The goal is simple — to accelerate businesses, careers, and relationships through authentic, high-value connections that drive real impact in the Krakow innovation ecosystem.
X-Mas Hangout 2025
The final chapter of 2025 has been written. Last Thursday, we gathered 150 guests at the Historic Main Railway Station for our X-Mas Hangout: Innovative Holiday Party.
Our mission was to bring together the founders, C-level leaders, and investors who are shaping the future of our region for the last time this year.
It was a night of high-level connection, lively conversations, jazz music but also a platform for major announcements. In 2025, we became a part of #AlliedForStartups community.
Allied For Startups is a global network of developers and startup advocacy organizations working on issues that impact the digital economy. Counting 30 countries, 4 continents and more than 40 associations in its membership, Allied For Startups’ mission is to connect the policymakers to technology ecosystems from around the world. Its members work together to develop a global consensus on policies that can positively impact developers and startups by growing digital entrepreneurship and the digital economy at large.
