From July 22nd PARP will be offering grants under the project “Legal support for startups (2020)”. Who can apply?
You can apply for a grant if you are a micro, small or medium entrepreneur running a business in Poland for no longer than 5 years & achieving operating revenues for no more than 3 years. Both companies and sole entrepreneurs are eligible for the grants.
What are the benefits?
“Legal support for startups (2020)” provides for a possibility to cover 100% of costs associated with legal advice including, among others, the costs of:
– legal services concerning the investment process (preparing & analyzing investment agreements, providing legal support and advice in negotiations with investors),
– preparing drafts of contracts and contract analysis with your partners, clients, and customers (as well as supporting you in negotiations),
– general consultations and legal advice.
