It brings together Kraków-based startups and talent for real conversations, practical insights, and a behind-the-scenes look at how early-stage and scaling tech companies actually work.
The idea is to make it valuable for both sides: companies can showcase opportunities and meet potential candidates, while participants get an inside look at how it actually works in startups.
The goal is to create a space where speakers can share their experience or present their company, and participants can ask questions and build connections.
