GrowthMatch: Runway to Investor Salon
Investor readiness doesn’t happen in one pitch. It is built through preparation, feedback, practice and the right connections.
This autumn, #OMGKRK is creating a Runway to Investor Salon — a series of connected opportunities for Krakow startups leading toward the third edition of Investor Salon, our investor-density event bringing a curated group of founders and investors together in one room.
At the center of the runway is GrowthMatch, our investor-readiness program for startups preparing for their next stage of growth and fundraising.
GrowthMatch
GrowthMatch is designed for startups that are already building, have demonstrated initial traction, and are ready to think seriously about investment.
The program is for startups that:
- have a registered company in Krakow,
- are building a scalable digital product,
- have an MVP and users,
- bonus – have already raised external funding.
GrowthMatch is not designed for idea-stage projects, solo entrepreneurs or service providers.
Selected startups will gain access to a portfolio of mentors from the #OMGKRK network for targeted feedback, connections and support.
GrowthMatch Investor Readiness Bootcamps
As part of the program, GrowthMatch will feature two practical bootcamps focused on getting founders ready to communicate with investors.
Pitch Deck Design
Build a deck that clearly addresses the core questions investors care about — from the problem and product to traction, market, team and investment opportunity.
Communication Bootcamp
Learn how to clearly communicate your business and value proposition, including how to deliver an effective five-minute stage pitch.
Together with access to GrowthMatch mentors, the bootcamps provide founders with the preparation and feedback needed before entering the room with investors.
October 15–16: Wolves Summit Krakow
Alongside GrowthMatch, selected startups from the program will receive complimentary access to Wolves Summit in Krakow on October 15–16, including an opportunity to pitch during the event.
Wolves Summit gives founders a chance to put their preparation into practice, meet investors and gain experience pitching in an international conference environment.
OMGKRK Hangout: Raising Investment Case Study
The runway will also include a special edition of the #OMGKRK Hangout focused on raising investment.
This is an adjacent community event, opening up the conversation to the wider ecosystem through a practical fundraising case study and lessons from founders who have already been through the process.
November 23: Investor Salon III
Everything builds toward the third edition of Investor Salon on Monday, November 23rd.
Investor Salon is designed as an investor-density event: a curated room consisting exclusively of founders and investors, built around quality rather than scale.
For this edition, #OMGKRK will invite at least three international investors to Krakow, alongside investors from the Polish ecosystem.
No expo. No general audience. A focused environment where selected founders and investors can meet, talk and explore opportunities.
It is a format still rare in Krakow — and the grand finale of the runway.
GrowthMatch Meets the Krakow Startup Report
There is one more reason to apply.
Startups that apply to GrowthMatch and meet the qualification criteria will also be included in the Krakow Startup Report 2026/27, to be published in December.
The goal is to connect the different opportunities available this autumn into a clear runway for Krakow founders:
